We minimise and separate waste in all departments.
We encourage our guests to play their part in responsible waste separation. We have placed waste separation bins in all of our hotels. We compost food scraps or try to supply them to local farmers to minimise the biological components of our waste management.
We plan to source all of our electricity from renewable sources by the end of 2024.
We are rolling out a comprehensive LED lighting programme across our network and prefer to purchase energy efficient appliances. We are gradually acquiring electric vehicle charging stations for all of our hotels.
We are making sure that we do not waste water unnecessarily.
We use eco-friendly cleaning products and we are introducing filtration equipment to purify drinking water and minimise the purchase of bottled water in plastic packaging. We are eliminating the purchase of aggressive cleaning products to the greatest extent possible and we clean every three days or at the guest’s request.
A responsible approach to nature has become part of our corporate philosophy.
Our internal environmental programme has clearly defined goals and benchmarks so that we can fulfil our commitment to reducing our overall carbon footprint as much as possible. We pay great attention to the education and training of our employees.
