About the building
Fénix is a shopping centre in Prague 9 with more than 70 shops and services. It is part of a complex including the four-star Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The building is connected to the Vysočanská metro station, which provides superior accessibility to the city centre.
With a total area of over 13,000 m², the shopping centre dominates the UN Square in Prague’s Vysočany district. There is a separate floor with a food court and fitness centre on an area of over 1,200 m². More than 600 cars can be parked in the complex’s underground garages.
The shopping centre underwent extensive renovation and redesign in 2017-2018, creating a modern and attractive space for customers.
Anchor tenants include BILLA, DATART, CCC, dm drogerie, M&S, Sportisimo, Takko and I’m FIT.
