About the building
This unique strip mall continues the tradition and successful operation of the original Spektrum, whose history dates back to 1998. In March 2021, after complete renovation taking more than two years, it was reopened to the public.
It offers convenient and free parking, two dozen shops and several cafes and restaurants on an area of over 6,500 m2.
However, the new Spektrum is not just a place for everyday shopping – children can spend their time here in a fun and useful way, either in regular clubs or meeting friends.
