About the building
The Olympia Plzeň shopping centre is located on the southeastern outskirts of Plzeň in the Černice district. It is the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Plzeň and West Bohemia. Olympia Plzeň offers more than 120 shops on an area of 41,000 m², including an Albert hypermarket, CineStar cinema and an outdoor car park with almost 1,900 parking spaces.
The Olympia shopping centre opened in March 2004 and immediately became one of the most popular shopping centres in the Czech Republic. The redevelopment of the shopping centre was completed in 2008, thanks to which Olympia became a destination for fans of popular brands such as Hennes & Mauritz, New Yorker, C&A, M&S, Humanic, Tommy Hilfiger, Tiger, Iwant, Superdry, Replay, Orsay, Gant, s.Oliver, Steilmann and others.
In 2023, the building was awarded BREEAM In-Use V6 – Very Good certification.
