Olympia Teplice is a well-situated regional shopping centre in the Czech Republic with more than 80 retail units with a total lettable area of over 29,000 m².

The shopping centre is regionally significant and has a wide range of shops and services with more than 80 retail units and 1,200 outdoor parking spaces.

In 2019-2020, the shopping centre underwent complete renovation, which enhanced its importance in the region. One of the centre’s unique features is Circus Park, a unique 3,000 m² children’s amusement park.
