Property manager available in the building
Functioning facilities are key to your success and ours. That’s why our tenants have an on-site property manager to ensure that day-to-day situations, requests and needs related to the operation of the building can be dealt with quickly and efficiently on site.
We improve the quality of the premises
Being based in our building is not just about having access to offices. We’re also building well-equipped facilities for our tenants, such as bike rooms, fitness and group-exercise rooms, exceptional relaxation areas like patios with barbecues and other amenities.
Saving the environment
We aim to reduce our greenhouse gas intensity by 30% by 2030 compared to 2019. We are therefore introducing small and larger measures to help us achieve this goal – for example, by 2024, all electricity for the CPIPG portfolio will be purchased from renewable sources only.
We make every day more beautiful
We want our spaces to become a second home for our tenants. That’s why we try to make their stay with us more pleasant, for example with free morning coffee and refreshments, Easter gifts, offers of cultural and sporting events and other activities.
